ZF is looking for a  Warehouse and Inventory Control Lead for our location in Monterey.

What you can look forward to as Warehouse and Inventory Control Lead:

  • Maintain inventory accuracy and develop and implement CC and annual inventory taken strategies.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and storage capacity utilization.
  • Ensure proper material flow to production lines.
  • Maintain FIFO and KANBAN inventory practices.
  • Ensure timely material supply to production lines.
  • Generate Inventory and warehouse performance reports.
  • Lead inventory accuracy and continuous improvement projects

 

Your Profile as Inventory Control Lead:

  • Strong knowledge Warehouse Operations Management, Cycle Counting & Physical Inventory, inventory control and material flow management.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills (8D).
  • Strong knowledge lean manufacturing.
  • Strong ability to identify, develop, and implement process automation solutions to improve efficiency, reduce manual activities, and increase data accuracy.
  • Fosters create a highly collaborative environment within and across teams.
