Job Description

About the Team: Join ZF Hebron's Engineering team to help manage various projects and assist with the launch of their new facility. The ZF Hebron site is responsible for assembling and distributing braking systems for our Commercial Vehicle Solutions division. 

 

What you can look forward to as an Industrialization Project Leader: 

  • Responsible to manage and maintain manufacturing project schedules using timeline management software
  • Drive on-time delivery of projects and programs
  • Identify and escalate project risks and issues and help drive communication for decision points and mitigation/resolution between cross-functional teams
  • Work on continuous improvement opportunities or gaps within the manufacturing processes
  • Work cross-functionally with teams and communicate project information and deliverables down to operations teams
  • Tactically own and execute multiple projects within a program
  • Understand interdependencies between manufacturing, operations, and business needs
  • Provide regular project status updates including CAPEX, timing, implications sales, production, and distribution
  • Develop an ongoing list of business improvement opportunities according to LEAN principles

 

Your profile as an Industrialization Project Leader:

  • Technical degree preferred but not required
  • 4-6+ years of project management experience required (certification preferred)
  • Capex planning experience preferred
  • Operations experience preferred   
  • Exposure to 6 Sigma-Lean Environment or certified Six Sigma (Green) Belt 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Strong computer skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
