Your Tasks:
- Understand technical product requirements and ensure R&D approval for engineering proposals, product drawings, and samples.
- Prepare and implement the product testing strategy, identifying appropriate test vehicles with support from the service team.
- Provide technical support for local purchase, prototype development, manufacturing, and QA teams during New Product Development.
- Manage new product validation, including preparing DVP&R (Design Verification Plan & Report), coordinating testing with local test centers, and deriving test procedures and duty cycles.
- Conduct failure investigations on products installed in vehicles to perform root cause analysis.
Your Profile:
- Candidate from Engineering background with 5 to 10 Years of experience.
- You should have a strong technical background and understanding of product development processes.
- Prior experience in product testing, validation, and failure investigation is essential.
- Excellent communication skills are required to maintain a close relationship with customers and effectively support cross-functional teams in the development process.
- Good theoretical and Analytical knowledge in Engineering Mechanics, Design and Engineering materials and Finite Element Methods.
