Job Description

Position Overview

The CV BL Aftermarket Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth within the Independent Aftermarket (IAM) and Original Equipment Service (OES) channels.

This role focuses on identifying business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and providing technical and commercial support to promote ZF’s commercial vehicle products and solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new sales opportunities within the IAM and OES networks
  • Develop sales strategies to maximize profitability and increase market share
  • Promote and sell ZF products, systems, and aftermarket solutions

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers
  • Act as the primary contact for all customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Provide customized commercial and technical solutions tailored to customer needs

Operational & Market Management

  • Manage assigned market segments in close cooperation with internal sales desk teams
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and long-term contracts
  • Deliver high-quality customer service, including product information, technical support, and training
  • Monitor market dynamics, customer trends, and competitor activities to support strategic planning

Key Customer Segments

  • Commercial vehicle aftermarket distributors (e.g., MOBIS, TDM, IAM dealers)
  • ZF [pro]Service network (OES service partners)
  • Truck & Bus fleet operators (including bus transportation companies)
 

Qualifications (Required)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial vehicle aftermarket, automotive systems, or related industry
  • Strong technical understanding of commercial vehicle or automotive systems engineering
  • Hands-on maintenance or service experience for commercial vehicles
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related technical field
  • Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Educational background in mechanical, electrical, or automotive engineering
  • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles with strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer issues with customized solutions
  • Additional experience in commercial vehicle maintenance or service operations
