About The Team

We are looking for a Sales Manager for our Commercial Vehicle Product Line, Division Aftermarket at our location of Incheon, South Korea. 

What you can look forward to as Sales Manager - Commercial Vehicles:

  • The Sales Manager - Commercial Vehicles is responsible for driving sales growth within the Independent Aftermarket (IAM) and Original Equipment Service (OES) channels for our commericial vehicle product line in Korea. This role focuses on identifying business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and providing technical and commercial support to promote ZF’s commercial vehicle products and solutions in the national market for vairous customers.
  • Sales & Business Development: Identify, pursue, and convert new sales opportunities within the IAM and OES networks. Develop sales strategies to maximize profitability and increase market share. Promote and sell ZF products, systems, and aftermarket solutions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers. Act as the primary contact for all customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Provide customized commercial and technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Operational & Market Management: Manage assigned market segments in close cooperation with internal sales desk teams. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and long-term contracts. Deliver high-quality customer service, including product information, technical support, and training. Monitor market dynamics, customer trends, and competitor activities to support strategic planning.

Your Profile as Sales Manager - Commercial Vehicles:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or electrical, or automotive engineering or related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial vehicle aftermarket, automotive systems, or related industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of commercial vehicle or automotive systems engineering. Has hands-on maintenance or service experience for commercial vehicles.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles with strong communication skills to various stakeholders like distributors, dealers, OE service partners, and repairing workshops & retail channels etc.. Has proven ability to manage complex customer issues with customized solutions.
  • Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken). Proficient in Office software.
  • Teamwork spirit.  Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks.
