About the Team:
ZF Korea Co., Ltd. was established in 1985 as a Korean subsidiary of the German ZF Group. Currently, ZF Korea is responsible for domestic distribution of all products of the Korean aftermarket business unit within the ZF Group, and provides a wide range of ZF aftermarket portfolios and the latest products covering ZF Group's cars, trucks, buses, construction equipment, ships, industrial machinery, and other special equipment in Korea. ZF Korea also supports OE business for domestic commercial vehicles, construction equipment, and shipbuilders based on ZF Group's innovative products and engineering technology, and its long experience and high technical capabilities are highly trusted by domestic OE customers. Now we are looking for a Sales Manager for Korea Marine OE/IAM Sales in Incheon, Korea.
What you can look forward to as a Sales Head - Off-highway & Industrial Machinery Korea:
- Manage sales activities for OE (Original Equipment) and IAM (Independent Aftermarket) customers
- Analyze market trends and define sales strategies in collaboration with business units
- Develop and maintain close relationships with major B2B clients through regular meetings
- Lead price negotiations and proposal preparations for both serial production and new projects
- Cooperate with customers’ purchasing and R&D teams to position ZF products competitively
- Communicate with global ZF HQ to resolve delivery, price, and technical issues
- Monitor sales performance, prepare monthly reports, and manage team KPIs
- Represent ZF in industry associations (e.g., KOCEMA, HD Hyundai Supplier Association)
- Strategic development of Aftermarket opportunities
Your Profile as a Sales Head - Off-highway & Industrial Machinery Korea:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in OE Sales and project management, preferably in industrial or construction equipment. Deep knowledge and experience in the industrial aftermarket are also welcomed.
- Strong understanding of off-highway machinery (e.g., wheel loaders, excavators, forklifts) systems and their powertrain components such as transmissions, axles, torque converters, and dampers. Experience in multinational or global OEM business environments preferred.
- Strategic mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has proven experience in team leadership, client negotiation, and cross-functional coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. Business fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken)
