Aftermarket Korea Industrial Sales Account Manager

- Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven BL IND (Business Line-Industrial) Sales Account Manager to lead aftermarket sales growth and business development within the Industrial (IND) segment in Korea. This role is responsible for managing key customer accounts, developing strategic sales initiatives, and driving revenue growth while maintaining strong customer relationships

-Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Planning (20%)
• Develop and execute short-, mid-, and long-term sales strategies
• Set business targets and drive achievement of sales objectives
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Establish optimized sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
• Create and manage marketing plans and budgets
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses
• Provide technical sales support to customers

2. Sales Operations & Business Development (70%)
• Manage daily sales activities for OES(OE Sales) and IAM(Independent Aftermarket) customers
• Process orders, coordinate deliveries, and issue invoices
• Monitor back orders and respond to urgent supply requests
• Develop new business opportunities and acquire new customers
• Support new product development aligned with market needs
• Manage new part registration, pricing, and quotation processes
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of environmental regulations (e.g., REACH, CBAM)
• Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships
• Provide accurate technical information and product support
Technical & Customer Support
• Deliver technical assistance and troubleshooting support
• Conduct product testing and commissioning at customer sites
• Support root cause analysis for quality issues
• Manage warranty processes and follow up on ECN/ECR activities

3. Additional Responsibilities (10%)
• Report quality issues to internal teams (quality, logistics)
• Manage inventory planning and stock levels based on demand trends
