Responsible to control and tracking shipment for on time delivery with international freights compliance and alignment ZF Global policies.
Responsible for internal & external freight forwarders, logistics providers, customs brokers,

customs officers, other related functional in daily operation.

Responsible for GIT report and update monthly report.
Coordinate and schedule for customs clearance process to ensure delivery date and time for tracking shipment and created monthly report for cost analysis.
Leading for all activities related with customs regulation.
Guarantee legal compliance, provide, advice and control according to the government rules and customs regulations.
Responsible for preparing the customs exemptions, customs report, reconcile material receipts with purchase documents/bills of lading.
Leading to standardize company H.S. code with the right Tariff of all models comply with customs regulations.
Create and control the working procedure in customs and freight function in ZF standard.
Update and awareness all information related with freight and customs situation.
Work closely with accounting departments for, duty refund, freight invoices, transport
Responsible to prepare report of freight, tracking reports, costs reports, supplier performance and KPI., etc.
Cost tracking report, analyze the gap for the cost billing.
Evaluate supplier performance and KPI monitoring.
All other tasks assign by SCM Manager and according to the needs of the company.
Perform in accordance with the requirements of the quality management system and environmental management system (ISO14001 and IATF:16949)
Operation in accordance with the requirements of the occupational health and safety management system (ISO 45001)
