About the Team
We are looking to strengthen our SAP S/4HANA implementation team with a new Business process analyst specialized in SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud at our location in Ypres, Belgium (hybrid work model). The position can be filled at other locations nearby as well (hybrid or remote). Our international SAP S/4HANA implementation team - which was founded last year and is continuously growing - is working closely together with the ZF SCALAR business process owners, internal technical teams as well as external SAP Consultants to have a successful implementation process, go-live and work control. With this position you would also get great insights into our groundbreaking product SCALAR. What you can look forward to as a SAP S/4HANA Business Process Analyst (m/f/d):

• Drive and lead the business process change management for the ERP Implementation project
• Create as-is and to-be business process flows in close coordination with Business teams.
• Work as Project Coordinator, working as a bridge between the Business teams, External Consultants, Technical Project Manager and Engineering Team
• Closely evaluate Project activities and escalate to relevant stakeholders as needed.
• After the ERP Go-Live, help in the transition from External Consultancy by insourcing the work from consultant to internal teams

Your Profile as a SAP S/4HANA Business Process Analyst (m/f/d):

• Preferred 10+ years’ experience as Business Process Analyst with SAP knowledge
• Experience working in an agile environment
• General Functional Consultant Experience in SAP S/4HANA
• Experience in one of the following SAP modules : Sales & Distribution, Material Management , Finance & Controlling.
• Experience in S/4HANA Public Cloud preferred
• Must have passion for optimizing business solutions, requirement gathering, building business processes to deliver optimal customer centric solutions
• Strong analytical mindset and good communication/presentation skills
• Working language: English
