Description:

This position is for DIQQ4 team, central R&D division, Central quality team.

1. Further development of the quality management of development processes within the technical product documentation (Model-Based Definition) and virtual product development:
   • Development of methods and tools to ensure the quality of 3D models
   • Development and maintenance of quality criteria and test methods for 3D models (Tool: Model Checker)
   • Development of tools for monitoring the quality of 3D models and their creation processes (Tool: Model Checker)
2. Initiation, execution, and management of projects for the implementation of new/changed quality criteria and/or methods, tools incl. implementation of lessons learned with Business/Divisions
3. Creation of ZF Company Standards in Geometrical Product Specification (ISO-GPS) and Technical Product Documentation (ISO)
4. Assessment of GPS and ISO standard in Engineering documentation.
5. Execution & development of projects within the PLM program to integrate design quality in the product development process, e.g., integration of ZF model checker in administration process of CAD documents
6. Creation of reference models/drawings according to the rules of ISO-GPS
7. Consulting and Coaching of ISO-GPS and 3D-CAD methods regarding Model-Based Definition (MBD)
8. Execution of checks of 3D models and drawings for mechanical and mechatronic products
