What you can look forward to Technical Lead - Electronic Component Engineer: 

• We are looking for an Electronic Component Engineer to manage and support the selection, qualification, and lifecycle of electronic components used in our Automotive products.
• Select, evaluate, and approve electronic components (active and passive) to meet design, performance, and reliability requirements
• Define and support component qualification, testing, and validation activities
• Manage component lifecycle risks, including obsolescence, second sourcing, and supply continuity
• Support design teams with technical guidance, alternatives, and best-practice component usage
• Work with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve technical issues and improve component performance
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Maintain component data, documentation, and standards within internal systems
• Work with Siemens EDM tools (or equivalent systems) to manage electronic component data, approvals, and lifecycle management

Your profile as Technical Lead - Electronic Component Engineer: 

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic engineering or industry experience equivalent with strong knowledge of electronic components (active and passive)
• Experience with component selection, qualification, and lifecycle management
• Knowledge of electronic suppliers and supply chain
• Familiarity with Siemens EDM or similar component management tools
• Understanding of REACH and RoHS regulations.
• Understanding of quality, reliability, and compliance requirements
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong logical approach to problem solving
• Encourages feedback from mentors and learns from it
• Able to work well with global teams, including time-zone flexibility
