Tasks:
- Responsible for System Architecture of complex projects in the field of Electric Mobility with focus on System Development of Electric Drive Systems (electric motor, transmission, inverter, functions & software)
- Develop System Specification in form of System Architecture and support System Requirements
- Collaborate with all disciplines (costumer and internal stakeholder) to build concepts and determine the system according to laws and standards as well as technical and commercial aspects
- Responsibility for planning and reporting the development scope of the System Architecture from acquisition to customer release in the series project
- Model-based System Engineering including analyzes and evaluation
- Create System Architecture in CAMEO (or equivalent tool) and support System Requirements in DOORS
(or equivalent tool) and by using appropriate policies and standards - Check and reconcile system specification internal with ZF departments and external with the customer
- Ensure bi-directional traceability by maintaining requirements, attributes and linking strategy, generating views, versioning and exchanging specifications
Requirement’s profile:
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable degree
- Experience in requirement management and handling tools like DOORS or CodeBeamer
- Experience in processes and standards of System Development is desired (ASPICE, ISO 26262)
- Flexible, stress-resistant, collaborative and communicative
- Experience with modeling tool is mandatory, preferably Cameo (or in EA, Rhapsody, MBD)
- Knowledge in model-based system development
- Electrical engineering background
- Product knowledge of electric drive system (Electric motors, power electronics and software)
- Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English
