Your Profile:

• Master’s in engineering / Bachelors in Engineering with Master of Business Administration, More than 10 years of experience from technology product and/or business development in large multinational company.
• More than 3 to 4 years of experience from driving innovation working in cross-functional teams.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, growth mindset, team spirit, analytical skills, quick comprehension, solution-oriented and independent working style, and strong communication skills, Comprehensive understanding of Innovation & Business Innovation Process.
• Extensive experience and deep knowledge of the Automotive, in technology and business of mobility.
• Confident use of MS Office 365 as well as excellent communication skills in English

Your Tasks:

• Driving realization of innovations all the way from idea generation to new ventures, Develop a network of valuable partners and startups, universities in and around the region
• You will act as a bridge between technologists, business units on one side and partners and startups on the other side.
• Drive ideation, mentorship, selection, support and follow up of innovation projects and activities.
• Contribute and take active part in driving ZF Innovation Factory through innovation partnerships, e.g. start-ups.
• The focus will be driving innovation for Indian and Asian markets and on a case-to-case basis leverage solutions to global markets. Be an interface and key stakeholder, contribute to and executing ZF innovation strategy.
