Senior Technical Lead

Your Tasks: 

• Working on developing the vehicle and system level  SW architecture.
• Shall be working with technical leads and Architects.
• Managing a team and mentoring, driving and guiding junior resources
• Involve in new process definitions, guidance to team with existing process, procedures,Shall be point of contact for the technical queries and issue resolution, problem solving shall be key skills
• Problem solver attitude, passion for technology, Ability to communicate and cooperate within teams, across departments,customers and dynamic character

Your Profile:

• Bachelors/ Masters in Electronics or any similar study with an experience of 8+ years of in Automotive industry preferbaly Tier1s in software development.
• Should have good experience of analysing the requirements, contributing in vehicle system and SW architecture design and work experience in configuration management tools like integrity, DOORS, Code beamer,designing logical architecture with EA or Raphsody. 
• Hands on experience in classic Autosar in configuration of different AUTOSAR BSW components (Comms/DCM/DEM/Mem/OS/RTE/NvM/BSWM/ECUM) using AUTOSAR tools Geny/Davinici/EBTresos.
• Development experience over low level driver implementation with different microcontroller modules. Strong problem solving and debugging skills and good knowledge of make files, Linker Scripts and Build tools.
• Good work experience in ASPICE and experience in executing the projects in Agile process.
