Job Description

Job Title: Customer Product Platform Development 
Designation: Senior Manager
Skills:
•    13+ years of experience developing embedded software for automotive safety applications. Proficient in Automotive Embedded Software development using Embedded C programming.
•    strong knowledge on protocols like UDS services (ISO14229), CAN, CANFD & Flexray.
•    Strong hands-on experience on AUTOSAR BSW Configuration’s (COM, DCM, DEM & NvM) and Application development. Have good exposure on AUTOSAR architecture.
•    Good experience on SW debugging and hands on Debugger tools (TRACE-32, UDE, Isystem).
•    Experience in the following areas: UML (Rhapsody) static analysis tools (such as QAC, Polyspace, UT (Vector cast)), MISRA and generally accepted embedded coding practices. Experience with ARXML file formats is an addon
•    Knowledge of Requirement management tools (DOORS), Configuration management tools: MKS/PTC, V cycle development and review methods, Vector tools (Davinci Configurator Pro, CANalyzer, CANoe & CANape).
•    Strong People Manager where able to drive team in right direction for both their Growth and improvements. Always lead by example .
Responsibilities 
•    Managing & Leading  the Development team of 20+ members.
•    Technically support to the team in Design, Develop and integrate AUTOSAR software components for automotive ECUs.
•    Should play strong technical manager role where Autosar and Non Autosar Based projects for customer product platform components  should be delivered with Quality, on time delivery for Global needs.
•    Should have strong knowledge on ASPICE and able to demonstrate by participating and representing customer product platform audits. 
•    Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and customer support to ensure successful delivery and features.
•    Providing leadership oversight in implementing the strategy and stakeholder and partner with cross function teams in delivering it
•    Mentoring and promoting team members and help team to grow the organization.
•    Strong technical understanding of Basic Software (BSW) modules such as communication stacks (CAN, LIN, Flexray, Ethernet), Diagnostic services (UDS, DCM) and Fault Management (DEM)
•    Application Software (ASW) components based on AUTOSAR templates and interfaces. 
•    Enable support to the team members in development and requirement clarification.
•    Owning the inputs and the business outcome through cultivating a culture of relentless auditing and metric monitoring, automatically where possible.
•    Coordination and Definition of interfaces with the responsible persons of other SW subsystems according to the defined SW Architecture and SW Requirements.
