Your profile :

  • Experience in performing Engineering Quality Assurance activities.
  • Experience in handling Project Quality Assurance activities independently.
  • Knowledge and understanding of ISO 26262, Cybersecurity, FMEA, IATF 16949
  • Knowledge in Automotive SPICE. Being a Certified Provisional Assessor is a plus
  • Experience with automotive engineering projects
  • Knowledge with Product Life-Cycle Management and Key Process Indicators
  • Knowledge in system, hardware and software engineering.
  • Understanding of Metrics and tools to analyse metrics.
  • Detailed knowledge of applying tools regarding Quality, Problem resolution, configuration, change and requirement management
  • Good communication and moderation skills
  • Good business English

 

Your Tasks:

  • Development of Quality Strategy at project level and department level.
  • Planning and performing Quality activities in line with Project Quality Strategy
  • Performing process and work product reviews and report the compliance status
  • Reporting Project Quality Status to Project and Management
  • Perform Quality Gate (QG) reviews and recommend towards moving to next QG. Follow-up on any action item identified during QGs.
  • Participates in Product Release reviews/audits to check compliance and provide recommendation for release.
  • Identification of applicable tailoring based on project needs in discussion with Project Manager.
  • Monitoring of process deployment and process outcomes within the production lines
  • Identification of systematic process weakness and support defined improving actions until closure
  • Performing escalation in the project related to Quality topics as needed
  • Global support for process deployment and process coaching
  • Organize and lead process optimizing workshops and process roll outs
  • Elaboration of development processes with interdisciplinary teams
  • Generate and maintain process description and templates

 

 

Your profile :
