SW Project Manager- Autosar Projects

Your Tasks:

• Main Tasks: Managing SW project in the E-mobility embedded software domain to handle in global project environment right from initiation to the closure of the project.
• As SW project manager , you are assigned to the global projects to execute the given project from TCI.
• Plan and manage software releases, in line with project timing plan from the Engineering Project Manager. Coordinate and support the sub-requirements elicitation process, maintain the defined sub-project documents, plans, feasibility study of achieving the goals of the project in terms of technical feasibility within constrains with respect to time, project estimates and available resources.
• Monitor and control sub-project activities and required resources by conducting regular sub-project team meetings and attend to the project team meetings of the Engineering Project Manager. 
• Perform the identification and documentation of risks and issues in the sub-project and drive compliance of software development to required quality standards.
• Manage sub-project deliverables in line with the sub-project management plan, Internal Environment / Interaction: as part of the project, Interact with Internal/Global Stakeholders

 
Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 12 to 14 years’ experience, preferably in a powertrain and/or e-Mobility product development environment in the automotive industry
• E-mobility product line experience is good to have (Application / Base SW development for Power electronics, Inverter, E-motor, battery management) 
• Preferably from Automotive background with prior project management experience
• Good knowledge in the Software Processes (ASPICE / V-model) and software related standards (ISO26262,…) including Software Requirements Management, Software Architecture , Risk and Problem Management, as well as Change and Configuration Management
• Expert knowledge on Autosar Standards
• Advanced knowledge in handling tools as codebeamer, DOORS, Enterprise Architect, or equivalent tools is desired
• Possess proven project management/leadership experience (Min 3 years) with knowledge of embedded software development processes, preferably in automotive sector; Tools such as cplace is good to have 
• Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills; able to manage diverse teams
• Travel requirements and language skills: candidate willing to travel on need basis and fluent in English. German language is good to have
