We are reinforcing our team in the area of IT software engineering - connectivity solutions at our location in Pune (India)

Your tasks as IT data engineer (m/f)

Support and optimize the current PLM – ERP interface solution based on SAP ALE.
Advise our business partners with software solutions based on their requirements and needs within the PLM engineering environment.
Implementation of applications in SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4 HANA environments including respective interfaces in collaboration with other teams across the internal organization and external developers
Responsible for end-to-end service delivery and operations (development, test management, deployment, maintenance, incident management)
Participation in corporate projects and orders, self-responsible performing of work packages
Participate and support actively the establishment of a new service organization

Your profile:

Bachelor Degree or higher in (Business) Information Technology or related disciplines (7+ years)
5+ years of ABAP development experience with good knowledge of Core ABAP, OOP, Enhancements, system integration
Experience and knowledge in agile software development as well as excellent analytical skills and process thinking
Fluent spoken and written English
Flexibility, good teamwork experience and strong communication skills in an international and virtual team environment

Advantages:

Experience with SAPUI5, oData, Angular
Further language skills e.g. German
Knowledge in project management
