Job Description

• Oversee the gathering, documentation, and management of software requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead and mentor a team of SW Infrastructure, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources (related to Web tools development, Azure DevOps & Automation)
• Act as the primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders to gather Infrastructure requirements
• Continuously look for opportunities to develop tools to enhance efficiency and quality of various teams

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience with a proven track record of leading teams.
• Should have good expertise into Web tools development, Azure DevOps and Automation topics (Fullstack, Azure Devops, Python, C#, Database, PowerBI etc)
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Good understanding on entire SW life cycle and AUTOSAR based SW Development
