Key purpose

E2E accountability for IT Production & Quality Services as well as direct responsibility for IT Production Operations.

Main accountabilities, responsibilities and deliverables
§Service Manager responsibilities for the region - Work in partnership with Production Divisional leaders, IT Infrastructure and other IT P&Q areas to provision and run operational services for all Production systems and platforms within the region. This includes Shopfloor Monitoring & Management, Process Execution Control, Manufacturing Execution Systems Platforms, Production Logistics, Traceability, Mistake-Proofing, and Virtual Process Engineering.  
§Overall responsibility for successful daily support of Production IT services in all production locations within the region.
§Enable and actively contribute to the I4.0 strategy for production
§Establish effective and efficient processes to deliver IT Production services to the business requirements including the interconnection of other Function Centers that supply Production systems via ERP.
§Drives IT-enabled innovation and continuous improvement in area of responsibility
§Support compliance in area of responsibility, especially concerning software license management
§Drives and support projects and small orders improvements according with the business and customers requirements, following the IT standards and process defined
§Rollouts for Production and Quality applications and infrastructure

Required skills and experience / main competencies
§Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering is required
§Operational excellence, critical thinking, communication and research skills
§In depth business understanding – IT operations in a factory environment
§SCADA, MES and IT Manufacturing Solid Knowledge (Minimum of 5 years).
