Engineer Quality Management System (QMS) and Cybersecurity Assessor
As Engineer QMS and Assessor for Cybersecurity you are taking over two central functions for CAPRI organization. With respect to QMS, you’ll take ownership on the local Quality Management System, taking care that standards as IATF, TISAX and ISO17025 are met and internal and external audits are prepared and conducted. Next to this, your duty on Cybersecurity will include: conduct project-independent Cybersecurity Assessments and Confirmation Reviews to ensure product compliance to relevant standards and regulatory requirements. As Assessor as well as lead on QMS, you’ll ensure that project teams and stakeholder are well informed and trained as needed to ensure overall high quality standards for products and location.
Your tasks:
- Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Maintain QMS for location, ensure location’s compliance to standards as ISO9001 /IATF and others, as well as compliance to Customer Specific Requirements, monitor compliance and coordinate QMS awareness and give QMS trainings
- Plan, conduct and coordinate internal and external audits, keep control of QMS documents and monitor corrective actions as required
- Cybersecurity
- Execute and support assessments and audits of projects and products performance on Cybersecurity, this includes: perform Confirmation Reviews on work products, perform Cybersecurity Assessments and Audits, report on Cybersecurity status and communicate and prioritize on issues observed
- Perform and support trainings on Cybersecurity in general and on company's Cybersecurity strategy and processes in particular
- Drive and support improvements on PMT (Processes, Methods and Tools) to ensure coverage of Cybersecurity
- Perform and support internal and external assessments and audits
- Cover special work-assignments, eg SPOC /Subject Matter Expert for Supporting Processes
your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering /Computer Science or another technical-related area
- Competency in the domain and technology of assessment
- 7+ years of experience in the automotive /mechanics /electronics /software industry
- 5+ years of experience with Cybersecurity
- Deep knowledge of Cybersecurity standards and guidelines and experience in their practical implementation in projects, eg ISO/SAE 21434, GB 44495, UNECE R155
- Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems and location standards as ISO9001 /IATF 16949, TISAX ISO27001, ISO17025 preferred
- Knowledge of Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA), process audits, contingency planning, product safety, and overall audit readiness preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent English spoken and written competence
- Problem-solver mentality and ability to influence in a matrix management environment
- Working in a global organization and being open minded, but at the same time working autonomously and affine taking care on details
