Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Master’s degree in Business or equivalent professional level experience
- Minimum 10- 15 years of experience in leading the Integrated facilities management for IT /ITES Tech center sites of MNC companies.
Requirement & Skills:
- Proven experience in Facility Management, Office administration, Liasoning & Co-ordination across Tech Center Facility Management verticals
- Proficient in managing entire gamut of Corporate facility management operations. best practices & General Administration functions such as Housekeeping, Security, Vendor Management, Expat Management, Telecom, Stationery, Cafeteria / Canteen, employee transportation, Repair Maintenance, General Equipment’s/Machine Maintenance, Stock Inventory, MIS & Budgeting. Facility management technical services.
- Excellent organizational, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g. CFM) will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in Automotive R&D tech center will be an added advantage
- Good Computer Skills of MS Office, word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook
- Real Estate Project management
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work permits, maintaining high level of Safety in operations
- Perform analysis and forecasting. Ensure for efficient facility management operations.
- Oversee security of buildings and grounds and full compliance with corporate security standards.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legal regulations, statutory and SEZ compliances.
- Maintain good prompt communications with vendors /suppliers. Excellent vendor operations management.
- Business partnering with internal stakeholders.
- Strive to minimize costs while maintaining the quality of services.
- Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
- Allocate office space according to needs, space management.
- Handle insurance plans and service contracts & Keep financial and non-financial records
- Purchase Indent raising, coordination with purchase team for ordering
- Invoice checking, cost provision forecast submissions to finance team
- Monthly KPI/SLA checking/ submissions of all service providers
- Supporting for company events, sports, family day etc
- Driving operational and cost efficiencies
- Maintaining facility -admin stocks and inventories, timely ordering
- Preparing Facility and admin processes, SOP’s and standards for the campus
- Maintaining the Facility and Admin records, and documentation
- Annual budget and Planning for the FM and Admin works
- Working knowledge of contract labor compliances
- Facility asset records and maintenance
- Delivering high Quality FM and Admin services, working towards end user employee and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Anticipation and Risk Management, Risk mitigation
- Completion of tasks in a timebound manner.
- Daily working rounds of the Facility.
- Maintaining excellent 5S and upkeep of the Facility.
- Operations of company owned fleet cars, outsourced car services and bus transportations for the employees.
- Closely monitoring the external service providers KPI/SLA and overall performance
- Knowledge of quality standards ( like ISO) with reference to facilities management services, handling quality audits, security audits etc.
