Quality Customer Service Engineer

Responsibilities
- Communicates regularly with entrusted customers, solves their specific requirements, complaints and other current problems (visits, etc.). Communicates the obtained information within the company.
- Responsible for 8D - leads and manages the 8D team, prepares and submits 8D reports to entrusted customers (responsible for the administration of Internet portals), validates corrective measures
- Initiates and organizes immediate and long-term corrective measures, evaluates their fulfillment, performs inspections in the production process aimed at eliminating customer nonconformities
- Performs the 0 km analyses, process analyses and prepares their presentation
- Supports new projects - solves customer visits / audits, presentations
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in customer service in a quality department within the automotive industry
- min. secondary education, preferably technical (capablity to read technical documentation required)
- English: B2 level mandatory, German or French an advantage
- PC proficiency - user knowledge: MS Excel, Word, Powrepoint, basic knowledge of customer portals
- knowledge to be considered an advantage: ISO 9001, ISO IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 18001/45001, Formel Q, 8D, FMEA, knowledge of specific customer requirements
