* pravidelná komunikace a řešení reklamací se zákazníkem

* příprava návštěv / auditů zákazníka, prezentace

* Interní audity

* vedení a řízení 8D procesu

* registrace vícenákladů a jejich narovnávání se zákazníkem

Váš profil:

* velká komunikativnost a reprezentativní vystupování

* SŠ / VŠ vzdělání technického směru

* AJ min. úroveň B2, druhý jazyk velkou výhodou

* MS Office pokročilá uživatelská znalost, SAP

* orientace ve výkresové dokumentaci, základní představa o normách ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, IATF 16949
