Your tasks:
• Process Development; define and develop preferred manufacturing processes and key suppliers (Front-Loading);
• Define Process Standards and lead worldwide implementation and monitoring;
• P-FMEA and Control Plan Standardisation;
• Approve Manuf. Process Changes worldwide (global process expert);
• Support CQA process, Problem Solving, Launch Process, Lessons Learned.

Your profile:
• English language fluency;

• Expert knowledge in soldering required; knowledge about the common standards in automotive in regards of soldering.

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
• Project Management/ planning/ organizing skills;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Vaše úkoly:

• Vývoj procesů; definovat a rozvíjet preferované výrobní procesy a klíčové dodavatele (Front-Loading);

• Definovat procesní standardy a vést celosvětovou implementaci a monitorování;

• Standardizace P-FMEA a kontrolního plánu;

• Schvalování Manuf. Process Changes celosvětově (globální procesní expert);

• Podpora procesu CQA, řešení problémů, spouštěcí proces, naučené zkušenosti.

Váš profil:

• plynulá Aj;

• Požadované odborné znalosti v oblasti pájení; znalosti o běžných standardech v automobilovém průmyslu, pokud jde o pájení.

• Vynikající analytické schopnosti a dovednosti při řešení problémů;

• Projektové řízení/plánování/organizační dovednosti;

• Vynikající ústní a písemné komunikační schopnosti.
