Electromechanical Lead Engineer (m/f/d)

We are adding to our Actuator Design team at our location Hannover.


Your tasks:

  • Take over design responsibility for E-Motor technology with 3D CAD system Creo (400W – 10.000W DC/BLDC motors)
  • Leading a multi-domain project team through all project phases, from first idea to series production
  • Close cooperation with business units and customers to align technical requirements on new products or changes
  • Ensure planning and execution of all engineering related tasks along the product development process (design, validation, FMEA, design to cost, gate reviews, roadmaps, timeplans, costs, quality,etc.)
  • Preparing of gate-reviews and -releases, managing and escalation of project risks to functional leaders

Your profile:

  • Degree in engineering, preferable in electromobility/electronics or automotive engineering with several years of experience in product engineering/product development in the automotive industry or at university
  • Extensive knowledge in CAD- (Creo) and PLM systems
  • Professional experience in the field of e-motor technology
  • Team player with strong communication skills and hands-on mentality
  • Fluent spoken and written English and German skills
