Testbench Technician

About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague at our location in Hangzhou.

What you can look forward to as a Test Technician:

• Implement test rig setup according to test plan, disassembly and assembly of test sample on test rig, install test related equipment.
• Support test engineer for testing task including (not limited to) preparation of test equipment, trouble shooting, repair of equipment etc.
• Support eVD inspection activities, disassembly and reassembly of eVD, complete hardware and electrical measurement during the assembly process, record and report to the engineer based on the measurement results if necessary.
• Management of spare parts, fixture, warehouse, and logistics in testing field.
• Daily 5S management in testing field.
• Creation of work instruction and related documentation.
• Repair and maintenance of test bench and related equipment in testing field.

Your Profile as a Test Technician:

• Solid understanding about the structure and principle of E-motor drive line test rig, 3-5 years of working experience in similar position is desired.
• Familiar with technical and safety requirement for installation of test sample.
• Be able to read drawings and great knowledge about assembly.
• Familiar with mechanical principle and structure.
• Be able to design simple fixtures and do the machining work.
• Has low-voltage electrician certification and forklift operator license.
