Test engineer

About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague in R&D Center at our location in Hangzhou.

What you can look forward to as a Test Engineer:

• Operation of the test bench, communication debugging, and equipment running. Control of the testing process according to CNAS requirements.
• Prepare test-related accessories, fixtures, and test hardware and software tools according to the test plan. Coordinate the setup of the test bench, the installation of samples, and the installation or connection of other test-related equipment.
• Supports inquiries, PR/POs, and commissioning work for external powertrain testing.
• Management of spare parts, fixture, warehouse, and logistics in testing field.
• Daily 5S management in testing field.
• Creation of work instruction and related documentation.
• Repair and maintenance of test bench and related equipment in testing field.
• Electric drive and hybrid vehicle tests will be used for further skill enhancement.

Your Profile as a Test Engineer:

• Familiar with the working principles of engines and transmissions, and understand the operation and testing of powertrain test benches for transmissions.
• 3-5 years of experience in engine and transmission testing.
• Testing principles of hybrid transmissions is important, and relevant testing experience is a plus.
• Has low-voltage electrician certification is better.
• Good communication skills，English listening and speaking skills.
• Good Team spirit.
• Proficient in using software such as INCA and CANoe.
