About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague at our location in Hangzhou.
 
What you can look forward to as a System Performance Developer:
  • Responsible eDrive System Performance Requirements(Sys.1 and Sys.2), Sys.3(Requirements break down to EM/INV/Gb).
  • System efficiency simulation and optimization,taking lead system performance topic.
  • Support system performance validation activity(sample definition/spec definition and data analysis).
  • Support homologation topic(GBT18488 and ECE R85).
 
Your Profile as a System Performance Developer:
  • Experience in e-Drive system or component performance and efficiency development.
  • Ability to translate and cascade e-Drive system performance requirements into component-level specifications and targets.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations, including:GB/T 18488/GB/T 18384/ISO 21782/ECE R85/ECE R177/VW 80300/ISO 21498.
  • Strong understanding of e-Drive performance requirements and validation methodologies, including:Peak and continuous torque/Peak and continuous power/Efficiency performance/Active heating functionality/Stall protection/Charging performance.
  • Proficient in ETAS and Vector toolchains, and also experience with powertrain performance and energy consumption simulations.
  • Good knowledge of:Electric motors (E-Motor)/Inverters (INV)/Gearbox systems/Thermal management and cooling systems.
  • Basic understanding of e-Drive software functions and control strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive e-Drive industry, with hands-on responsibility for e-Drive system performance development and validation.
