Supplier Quality Engineer

About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague who will join our Supplier Quality team in Shenyang.

What you can look forward to as Supplier Quality Engineer:

• Manage quality/delivery topics for serial production parts delivered from supplier.
  - Safegaurd production line with containment actions
  - 8D handling.
  - Cordinate NG material management from supplier.
• Supplier performance management
  -  Continuously monitoring suppliers’ quality performance and taking measures to meet quality target
  -  Reduce supplier compliants.
• Supplier improvement
  -  Coordinate and implement strategic supplier development projects and operationally support the task force.
  -  Traning top worse supplier for to improve the supplier performance.
• Support the APQP and PPAP release of the purchased parts during product development phase.
  -   Support problem solving in APQP stage.
  -   PPAP documents and sampling check based on plant specific requirements.
  -   Create and maintain incoming inspection WI/plan for serial production parts.
• Supplier audit
  -   Perform supplier annual audit according to audit plan and close the related open items on time.
• SNCC handling
  -   Handle the cost charge back topics about the none-conformity parts from supplier.
•  Escalation management. 
  -   Handle supplier escalation cases for serial production parts.

Your Profile as Supplier Quality Engineer:

• 4-7 years working experience with automotive quality tier1.
• Familiar with quality system such as IATF16949,VDA.
• Good at quality management and problem solving tools(FMEA,MSA,SPC,fish-bone…).
• Practical knowledge in machining,stamping,die casting, etc.E-drive relevant components are preferred.
