R&D Project Controller

Your Tasks：

  • Reporting Unit Control including Month End Closing, R&D investment control, R&D annual super duction etc.
  • Create, coordinate and comment the R&D Reporting (projects & P&L) on a monthly base; Ad hoc reporting for BU Management, Division and ZF Group
  • Support and Coordination in the preparation of business planning, short and long term R&D planning (projects & P&L) & transitions
  • Calculation of R&D labor hourly rates and machine hourly rates
  • Cost tracking and controlling of R&D cost and revenues ensuring cost efficiency and transparency.
  • Provide guidance regarding all commercial issues to the project management and the development department.
  • Support calculations in the different project phases (Gate A (Acquisition to Gate F Serial production), focus on Gate A; Create profitability studies.

 

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, finance or engineering related major.
  • Finance control or cost engineering background in automotive industry.
  • Good English communication ability.
  • Positive and proactive, good communication skills, anti-pressure ability.
  • SAP and CO module experience would be a plus.
