Process Quality Engineer (Gear/Machining)

Your tasks:

• Control quality of FG and process. Lead the quality issue analysis in line
• Daily production line audit and tracking nonconforming item, resolve the problems with team members.
• Organize 8D process. Initiate and monitor corrective and preventive actions for customer complaint and internal quality issues.
• Continuous improvement actions at quality control.
• Conduct and develop preventative programs to reduce defects in major quality control areas.
• Rejects evaluate and dispose, make and track the measures of correcting and preventing.

Your profile:

• Bachelor degree with science engineering background, 5-10 years working experience in automotive industry, quality or process experience preferred
• Familiar with quality system such as IATF16949, VDA, as well as quality management and problem-solving tools (FMEA, MSA, SPC, fish-bone…)
• Good communication skills and self-organizing methods as well as the ability to work in a team
• Business written and spoken English level.
