NVH Engineer

About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague in R&D Center at our location in Hangzhou.

What you can look forward to as a NVH Engineer:

• Responsible for customer’s NVH requirement analysis and target set up for localization AT/hybrid transmission/electrified drive unit project, do NVH benchmark and risk assessment.
• Follow ZF production development process to set up and implement the NVH analysis /development /validation plan based on the customer milestone as project role: NVH expert, make sure the NVH performance is fulfilled.
• Responsible for NVH performance during CV/DV/PV phase, create NVH status reports and definition of corresponding countermeasures.
• Development of NVH test procedures and processes to increase the efficiency.
• Lead the NVH topics related with ZF’s production and give some NVH suggestions in the system integration level to convince customer. Participation in internal and external meetings with the customer(s) and supplier(s).
• Close contact with German headquarters, looking for necessary technical support, work closely with headquarter on standardizations and other tasks.

Your Profile as a NVH Engineer:

• At least 3 years working experience in automotive NVH development is necessary, AT/hybrid transmission/electrified drive unit project experience is preferred.
• Familiar with NVH basic knowledge.
• Familiar with NVH development process for AT/hybrid transmission/electrified drive unit production.
• Familiar with production development process of automotive and powertrain.
• Familiar with NVH simulation items and requirements, good co-operation with CAE team.
• Have strong willing of motivation, self-learning, team cooperation.
