About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague in plant at Hangzhou.

What you can look forward to as a Process Engineer:

• Translate designs into workable, cost effective sequences of operation for products to be assembled in conformance to the ZF Engineering Specification and Quality requirements.
• Interface and coordinate with Engineering and Quality Depts. in establishing the FMEA, Control Plans, Work Instruction, achieve quality objectives of assembled products. Be responsible for process change management.
•  Create and maintain the data base of Assembly line. Be responsible for process improvement base on the requirement from external and internal. 
• Coordinate, implement and follow up the interaction with ZFDH departments, involved in the ISO/TS 16949 Quality procedures.
• Support the daily assembly product, solve the problems appeared in the assembly line, make sure the assembly line run well. Provide solutions to reduce scrap and rework costs. 
• Calculate the capacity of the assembly line, analyze the balance of assembly, and make the Work Standard Sheets. 
• Support Assembly Supervisor in training operators in assembly technical.
• Create and update the layout for the assembly line, including optimizing the assembly line, etc.

Your profile as a Process Engineer:

• 4+ years working experience in passenager car relevant.
• knowledge  of 5S and TPM.
• Knowledge of assembly process design.
• Knowledge of Lean production.
