Electronic Test Engineer

About the Team:

The inverter test/test lead is responsible for DVP validation of the inverter, deeply involved into the development and process validation phases.

What you can look forward to as Electronic Test Engineer 

• Define integration and reliability test strategies, including regression test strategies based on change requests.
• Translate customer and development requirements into test specifications, including test setup, fixtures, special prototypes, and various accelerated test conditions and durations.
• Ensure timely and consistent validation coverage of requirements in alignment with the ASPICE V-model, and escalate in case of failures.
• Collaborate with requirement engineers, mechanical designer, hardware designer, and test bench operators to ensure testing meets validation targets.
• Conduct internal Platform development testing, including innovative products such as embedded modules，all in one and related E-component.

Your profile as Electronic Test Engineer ：

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in a relevant field (Electronics, Mechanical, or Measurement).
• At least 3 years of experience in validation of inverter, e-drive, DC/DC, or OBC components.
• In-depth knowledge of inverter systems, including mechanical and electrical architecture, reliability calculations, and related failure modes, acceleration mode.
• Strong understanding of automotive test standards (ISO 16750, VW 80000, LV 124, etc.); knowledge of AQG 324 and AEC-Q100 is a plus.
• Experience in test bench commissioning, including software flashing, XCP/INCA online calibration and measurement, and basic upper-level (host) software development or modification.
• Excellent documentation skills, including writing test specifications and reports.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic project management skills in test resource, sample, and timeline control.
