About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague responsible for motor control algorithm development and calibration, improving electric drive efficiency, and supporting the development and integration of functions such as integrated boost charging, dual-inverters, iPWM, and sensorless control at our location in Hangzhou.

What you can look forward to as an Electric Drive Control Algorithem Expert:
  • Focused on next-generation e-drive technologies, including sensorless control across the full speed range, high-frequency control in the 16-20 kHz range, and single-chip dual-motor control.
  • Collaborated closely with German teams to introduce advanced control functions into local platforms, including fundamental-wave synchronous optimized pulse pattern modulation (Syn-PWM/OPP), which differs from mainstream asynchronous SVPWM approaches. Responsible for local adaptation, performance optimization, and successful mass-production deployment.
  • Participated in the development of centralized e-drive control architectures and core algorithms for X-in-1 systems based on the next-generation AURIX™ TC4xx chipset platform.

Your Profile as an Electric Drive Control Algorithm Expert:
  • Familiar with automotive software development lifecycles and software architectures (e.g., AUTOSAR).
  • Extensive experience in PMSM and IM motor control, field-weakening, and SVPWM strategies.
  • Experience in at least one area of 16-20kHz control, dual-Inverter, sensorless control, or integrated boost charging.
  • Experience with Simulink modeling and auto-code generation.
  • Understanding of motor physics, inverter operation, and sensor feedback mechanisms.
  • Familiarity with dyno testing, HIL systems, and troubleshooting system-level anomalies.
  • More than 8 years of experience in electric drive software/algorithm development.

Why you should choose ZF in Hangzhou?
