SAP SuccessFactors Technology Analyst

Main responsibilities:

  • Function as a primary SuccessFactors Analyst, for one or more modules, by providing support in the areas of requirement gathering, business process mapping, solution design, data conversions, system configurations, testing, deployment, cutover coordination, training, and post go live support

  • Lead the regular review and prioritization change request with HR, IT and internal HR Technology team

  • Lead in SuccessFactors release updates including functional enhancement reviews with the business and testing

  • Lead in system testing; responsibilities include test script development and execution, testing resources coordination and test completion metrics compilation

  • Provide training to end users during project rollout as needed

  • Document internal processes and audit procedures to ensure strong data integrity and privacy of systems

  • Conduct troubleshooting analysis, document system errors and issues, escalate for review & vendor ticket creation

 

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • At least 3 years of experience in an HRIT-focused role, including application development and/ or solution development

  • Ability to analyze extensive and complex ranges of data, information, processes and, system solutions to produce effective and efficient business solutions

  • Advanced level of English language knowledge

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
