HR Manager

What You Can Look Forward to as HRBP:

• Act as Head of HR for an organization of approximately 100 employees
• Lead and coordinate key HR initiatives and organizational development projects
• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies and drive organizational growth
• Manage annual HR processes, talent management, and employee engagement efforts
• Lead change management, coaching for leaders, and deliver employee and manager training
• Oversee HR reporting (monthly/quarterly) on headcount, personnel costs, etc.
• Manage labor relations and negotiations, ensure HR KPI improvements, and lead local transformation projects
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and local laws; coach junior HR members and support site leadership

Your Profile as HRBP:

• 10+ years of professional HR experience, including 5+ years in an HR management role
• Broad experience and strong knowledge across multiple HR functions
• Solid understanding of Japanese labor law
• Strong organizational development and HR consulting capabilities
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and conceptual skills
• High integrity, independence, adaptability, and service-oriented mindset
• Native-level Japanese and fluent English communication skills
• Willingness to travel domestically (10–30%)
