What You Can Look Forward to as HRBP:
- Act as Head of HR for an organization of approximately 100 employees
- Lead and coordinate key HR initiatives and organizational development projects
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies and drive organizational growth
- Manage annual HR processes, talent management, and employee engagement efforts
- Lead change management, coaching for leaders, and deliver employee and manager training
- Oversee HR reporting (monthly/quarterly) on headcount, personnel costs, etc.
- Manage labor relations and negotiations, ensure HR KPI improvements, and lead local transformation projects
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and local laws; coach junior HR members and support site leadership
Your Profile as HRBP:
- 10+ years of professional HR experience, including 5+ years in an HR management role
- Broad experience and strong knowledge across multiple HR functions
- Solid understanding of Japanese labor law
- Strong organizational development and HR consulting capabilities
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and conceptual skills
- High integrity, independence, adaptability, and service-oriented mindset
- Native-level Japanese and fluent English communication skills
- Willingness to travel domestically (10–30%)
