About the Team

ZF is German company and global leading organization for Automotive parts. There are around 500+ employees from different divisions working in ZF Malaysia. Today, we have the job opening of HR Manager, belonging to Division Aftermarket, located in Senai, Johor.

What you can look forward to as a HR Manager:

  • Advisor/coach to Local leaders on HR issues and how to improve and meet business goals, making best use of the Standard HR Tool box(systems,processes,policies). Fostering Empl. engagement and performance(Skill/Will) at the site incl. hiring requests.
  • Manage local HR Services (apprenticeship, operational integration management, etc). Problem resolution (case & escalation management). Formulation of local market/business needs to improve HR performance. Main responsible for the HR budget of the location. Delivery of local transformation projects.
  • Manage, monitor and develop Labor relationship and dispute resolutionLR/ER@SITE, negotiation of labor contracts). Manage, monitor and take countermeasures for HR KPIs of the location. Ensuring HR compliance to standard processes, policies, local regulations and improving the collaboration with external partners. 
  • Initiate and execute country-/site-specific trainings (educational training, shopfloor, etc.) -governance by COE. Interlink to HRBP (HR BP Division and HR BP Product Line) in regards of business focus (=business demand) and CoEs in regards of application of process standards and translating into local solutions to become compliant with local law and rules (e.g. tariffs).
  • Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced HR team members and Site Leadership team.

Your Profile as a HR Manager:

  • Professional experience in HR and/or international environment.
  • Excellent consulting expertise and excellent communication skills.
  • Service orientation, independence, confidentiality, flexibility, organizational talent.
  • Business orientation, moderation competence, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent conceptual capability.
