We are looking for a HR Intern for our new Plant in Monterrey.

Summary

HR Intern will provide daily support and coordination in the functional areas of human resources such as recruitment, immigration, training, etc.  

Responsibilities

• Performs primarily (75-100%) routine administrative tasks.
• Serves as a primary contact/individual responsible for informing employees of changes and communications within area of specialty in addition to maintaining records (i.e., benefits eligibility, available training, etc.)
• May also prepare reports in compliance with legislative requirements or plant/organization needs.

Requirements 

• Student of last semesters of Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineer, or related.
• Computer skills (i.e. Excel, Word, etc.)
• Advanced English
• Good communication skills
• Familiarity with concepts, practices, and procedures within Human Resources
