Job Description
What you can look forward to as HR executive:
- Payroll :Authorize to prepare Indirect monthly payroll and accountable for all data integrity and input of HR master data in the payroll system.
- Ensure accuracy of employee master file in the payroll system and accuracy of salary payment for all Direct and Indirect employees.
- Work closely with recruitment team to close the open Indirect position.
- Work collaboratively with superior to recommend most appropriate solutions and course of action to apply i.e. matter related to employee disciplinary, employee counseling, employee grievances, termination and other employee relations matter in compliance with labor law.
- Leave Management: Monitor and maintain all leave records for all users.
- Employee Engagement, Welfare, Retention, responsible for employee communication activities.
Perform and manage monthly reporting. support Finance department during month end closing (Payroll Summary Report, Payroll Variance Report, HR Departmental Forecast, Jabatan Perangkaan, Statutory Report). - Collaborate with Regional SSC team with defined interfaces and structures, ensure the service deliveries for the locations in scope.
Your Profile as HR executive:
- At least 3 years of working experience in HR related field, in a manufacturing environment within the similar capacity. Specific experience in payroll area is a plus.
- Excellent skill in excel and daily report
- At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Industrial Relations Act and other statutory requirements such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN and HRDF.
- Self-driven individual with good communication skills coupled with an analytical mind
