• Manage full-spectrum HR operations, including payroll, benefits, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate reports for decision-making.
• Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies and Singapore employment laws.
• Support employee engagement, learning, and performance initiatives.
• Oversee office administration, procurement, vendors, and welfare activities

Your Profile as HR & Admin Generalist:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ HR operations or generalist experience in Singapore.
• Proficient in HRIS, Excel, and HR reporting tools.
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with professionalism and discretion.
