SCALAR team sells advanced fleet management solutions for commercial fleets based on top software and hardware. We have been present on the Polish market for more than 20 years, and we work with leading transport companies. We work in a team of professionals and enthusiasts of telematics solutions.


What you can look forward to as a Regional Sales Representative (Central/Eastern Poland) (m/f/d):

  • Looking for and attracting new customers in the assigned sales territory (Central/East of Poland). Actively run end-to-end sales process of given product groups (ZF SCALAR);
  • Negotiating commercial terms and preparing the offers;
  • Cooperating closely with internal sales and operation teams; cooperating with our partners;
  • Develop strategic customer partnerships; promote company and its solutions;
  • Implement campaigns and assigned product-related initiatives; initiate and participate in industry events.


Your Profile as a Regional Sales Representative (Central/Eastern Poland) (m/f/d):

  • Min. 5 years of experience in B2B selling, preferably in the field of transportation & logistics;
  • University degree preferred;
  • Developed a technical mindset;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Knowledge of the commercial vehicle market, fleet management systems, or transport management systems would be an advantage;
  • Good command of English (min. B2), Polish (native); 
  • Valid driving license category B, willingness to travel.
