Service & Network Specialist

About the Team:

We are looking for a Service & Network Specialist for our Aftermarket division. The position is based in our Riga office.

What you can look forward to as Service & Network Specialist:

• Searching for new customers – Workshops for [pro]Tech in Latvia​
• Technical support for workshops in defined area ​
• Conducting of technical trainings for workshops and distributors​
• Presenting of Workshop concepts on official meetings, customer events etc.​
• Searching for new business opportunities in defined idea​
• Definite targets and generate achievable plans​
• Collect market information on competitors e.g., campaigns, price positioning & new products​
• Develope market analysis reports​
• Visiting customers regularly on weekly/monthly basis in the region​
• Possible buisnnes trips to other countries (Lithuania, Poland, Estonia)​
  
  

Your profile as Service & Network Specialist:

• Qualified technical background: technical training/apprenticeship in automotive engineering or similar 

• 3-5 years’ experience in automotive industry 

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to solve technical issues 
• Knowledge of automotive market 
• High communication and presentation skills 
• Ability to work in the team 
• Language skills:  very good Latvian and English skills are necessary; good German skills desirable but not mandatory 
• Driving license
