DM/ Manager QA

Your Task:

• Responsible for supplier concern management (issuing and monitor supplier quality non - conformities found at incoming inspection and/or other areas such as production floor)
• Drive compliance of no-conformance process for the supplier material (e.g: Product identification, quarantine, product not mixed, supplier returns, scrap, etc.)
• Monitor compliance of product traceability requirements for supplier.
• Lead incoming inspection tasks (incoming inspection of material, definition of inspection instructions, definition of characteristics to be verified, focus on special characteristics, identification of material status, approved/rejected-, quarantine of suspect/reject material, etc.)
• Monitoring the usage of ZF approved supplier.
• Monitor supplier quality performance (e.g: supplier score cards, wors suppliers, PPMs, etc.)
• Responsible of supplier quality assurance audits (e.g: fresh eyes)

Your profile:

1. Experience in Automobile Instruries with minimum 10 years experience 
2. Experience in Supplier Quality, Handling of OEM Customers
3. High skill on Problem solving Technical problems and Implement, monitoring's of PCA
4. Team collaboration and Value addition to the Functions KPI
5.Deep understanding of Operations and Quality.
6.Robust global network with divisional, Regional and Functional Heads.
7.Proven experience to successfully manage cross functional teams (direct and/or dotted reporting line teams)
8.Organizational savvy.
