Responsibility:
•Regional key user for planning process (IBP S&OP) supporting in region execution and training.
•Regional performance monitoring S&OP execution and future bottlenecks, advanced warning related to allocation, SC risk, and constraint mgmt. and appropriate escalation. Provide input & support allocation Mgmt. Execution as needed, including consolidating large quantities of demand and/or capacity data, and execution of allocation analysis utilizing global standards
•Consolidate and report SC risk information across divisions in cooperation with central function
•Support E2E data model regional use cases and integration to regional concepts, act as key user within the region
•Local training and rollout initiatives across function
•Support new manufacturing footprint supply chain planning strategy analysis and selection
•Support big-size new programming advance supply chain planning as needed
•Support supply chain planning collaboration cross-divisional projects with customers and supplier
 
Requirements:

   •experience on china import&export operation preferred

   •Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or similar qualification with 3+ years of working experience in SCM

   •Experience and understanding of SCM planning process and related systems

    •SAP ERP Know-how (IBP preferred)

    •English business fluent in writing and speaking

    •Superior problem solving and analytical skills with a high attention to detail
