Vehicle Calibration Engineer

About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague in R&D Center at our location in Guangzhou.

What you can look forward to as a Vehicle Dynamic Engineer :

• Commissioning of vehicle by integrating braking control like software/hardware/sensors and other system elements in the vehicle or vehicle simulation environment
• Perform calibration/trimming of various braking control features and functions like ABS(Anti-lock Braking System) or TC(Traction control)
• Request software/feature changes if required
• Run system development tests to prove requirements fulfillment
• Liaise with customers vehicle application team
• Advise customers in trimming
• Documentation of Test Results and Trim Manual
• Support in FMEA, FTA and FuSi relevant work packages
• Support issue investigation in fields and support OEM plant launch activity

Your Profile as a Vehicle Dynamic Engineer :

• Engineering background in applied sciences (mechanical, electrical/electronics, informatics, controls)
• Understanding of Slip Control System or other electromechanical systems at vehicle level (vehicle braking & braking control &Transmission &VCU、Motor background is preferred) 
• Experienced driving skills (driving license>=3 years) and can perform high vehicle dynamic test
• Good awareness of driving safety
• Vehicle subjective evaluation and testing skill is a plus
• Vector CANape/CANalyzer/CANoe tool skill
• Ability to read source code C is a plus
• Willing to travel often to vehicle proving ground for testing，no less than 30 days in winter and more than 60 days throughout the year
