Test Engineering Supervisor

About the Team:

We are looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location Guangzhou.

What you can look forward to as Test Engineering Supervisor:

• Provide Lead Test interface to Test Engineering in the implementation of In-Circuit, Burn-In and End of Line functional testing of electronic control modules
• Provide software solution to customer and develop automated instrumentation test software and testing procedures to systems level testing of new design and modified products
• Improve, create, and streamline new and existing software
• Working with Design hardware and Software engineer to develop specification documents for test development
• Independently evaluate, select, and apply higher level troubleshooting techniques, procedures, and criteria using judgment for continuous product/process improvement
• Provide assistance on unusual technical problems
• Responsible for training technicians and machine operators during product launches and trial builds
• Perform work that involves common types of plans, investigations, surveys, structures, and equipment

Your Profile as Test Engineering Supervisor:

• Experience: 3-7 years experience in Electronics Test or Design
• Bilingual in Chinese and English
• Good Analog and Digital design experience
• MS Visual Studio (C/C++/C#, VB6.0/Net) for  automobile (ECU,  motor control, etc) 
• Familiar with  CANalyzer, CANape is a plus
• Multi-tasking of multiple projects
• MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Project scheduler)
