Job Description

We are looking for a new colleague in R&D Center at our location in Jiading, Shanghai.

Your tasks:

• To manage brake systems customer (GM/SGM) application projects (including EBB, ESC, IBC product applications) in AP and oversea market;

• To establish and execute brake system development/validation testing plan together with internal and external teams (customers) for the responsible projects;
• To interface with customers to understand customers’ requirements and to communicate with customers through informal and formal presentations and meetings;
• To interface and closely work with BC product engineering teams to define  product proposals and system/packaging analysis for AP and oversea applications;
• To support sales team to development new customers and business opportunities;

Your profile:

• Must have good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English languages
• Must have 3+ years of work experience in product applications and system engineering in automotive chassis system products, preferably in braking-related systems and products
• Must have good communication skills and compressive capacity
• Must have good problem solving skills
• Must be willing to travel (domestic and international) and prepared to work hard and maybe overtime
• Preferred to have vehicle application experience and oversea communication experience.
