System Technical Lead

About the Team
We are looking for a new colleague in R&D centre at our location in Guangzhou.

What you can look forward to as System Technical Lead:

• Manage vehicle steering product development in each V-cycle and project life cycle
• Create and maintain system release plan
• Prepare the system delivery package and system release note
• Oversee and lead all systems engineering activities on the assigned projects, including project status reporting, timing plan preparation, resource allocation, change management, system impact analysis and meet the engineering milestones for each v-cycle and project life cycle
• Coordinate in engineering risk management, customer requirement elicitation, system requirement and architecture development, generation of traceability metrics, functional safety analysis
• Manage problem resolution, cooperate with customer/internal teams in resolving issues and delivering corrections.
• Communicate with domestic and global X-functional teams (i.e. project management team, sub-system teams, testing teams, safety team, et al.)

Your Profile as System Technical Lead：

• Experience in multi-domains (i.e. software, electronics, electric motors, controls, sensors, mechanics).
• Experience in functional design of complex systems
• Experience in project management
• Hands-on experience in requirements management as well as the associated tool (IBM Rational DOORS)
• Ability to work with both global and virtual teams
• Ability to build critical skills and develop key talent
• Excellent communication skills
